The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city and the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very helpful and gave us lots of advice for experiencing the city. We also had a fantastic cooking experience at the hotel, where we learned to cook authentic Moroccan cuisine.
Despite arriving in the pouring rain with a lot of luggage, no one came out to help us. We were also given only one bathroom for four people, even though we booked two rooms with two bathrooms.

I spent 2 peaceful days here and will definitely come back. The hotel is wonderful and cute, located in the city center. The room was a decent size with a large bathroom and had climate control, television, and a private entrance. The location was nice, only a 5-minute walk to an ethnographic museum.

We were impressed by the fantastic location of Hotel Princesse Ilham, making it convenient for exploring the city center. The rooms, though simple, were clean and beautifully decorated. One highlight of our stay was the cooking experience offered by the hotel, where we went to the nearby medina to buy ingredients and then learned how to cook authentic Moroccan cuisine. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues in the room, we enjoyed the peaceful nights and the delightful views from the balcony and rooftop. The friendly staff, although limited in English-speaking abilities, made our stay pleasant. we would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and immersive cooking experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the high level of service provided. Secondly, the location of the hotel, nestled on a hill, offered stunning views of the surrounding city. Waking up to such a picturesque sight from my room's balcony was truly a special treat. Lastly, the breakfast experience was simply unforgettable. Served on the hotel's rooftop with a 360-degree view, it was like dining with the clouds. The homemade jams, pancakes made from local bio products, and the aromatic Moroccan tea made it a true culinary delight.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.
